The WT-12 measures vocal and instrument pitch over a wide range of seven octaves and provides extremely accurate reference tones over a range of five octaves.

Pitch indication is given on a large meter.

For the standard reference pitch of A4 = 440Hz, this tuner employs a quartz crystal oscillator, the most reliable available.

The meter's center zero indication can be adjusted from A4 = 435Hz to A4 = 445Hz, an important feature considering the wide variation in standard pitch preferences among today's musicians.

After completing this calibration it is a simple matter to tune any instrument to the desired pitch.

Switchable meter illumination permits accurate reading in the dark.
